Help teams reviewing and modifying existing business processes with Model Machine Area’s in Each Department. With the intent of streamlining and improving business processes, reducing process cycle time and providing users with critical business information to assist with decision making at all levels. This role will also be responsible to continually review how teams are working on Mohawk Way projects to ensure that they are utilizing its full
Potential in the execution of their daily tasks.
Facilitate change in the business to move from a task to a process orientation.
Deliver business process and procedure training for all new initiatives.
Work with Steering teams to develop Pareto’s and charts
Provide on-going user support for help teams with their daily needs
responsible for process management and process improvement in Model Area’s
Identifying opportunities to drive change to current business processes in order to reduce cost, improve efficiency, and improve effectiveness.
Facilitate establishing key process performance metrics, determine base line measurements and monitor process effectiveness.
Help gather information to evaluate current work processes in order to determine the future opportunities.
Act as Trainer and Administrator
Ensure that all requirements of the Mohawk Way are followed.
High School Diploma or GED required
Ability to key in Data and somewhat familiar with AS/400
Proficient Computer Skills to include Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook a Must
Familiarity with Mohawk Computer Systems and Mohawk Way
Strong oral, written and interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external customers/vendors
High level of organization and attention to details
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Must be able to prioritize and manage time effectively
Working over when necessary to meet deadlines
Able to work independently and as a team member
Ability to work efficiently under conditions of multiple deadlines and changing priorities
